Great initiative. I hope it isn’t abused though so it can be accessed by those who truly need it!

Not really a bargain as this should be classified under Charity. Maybe mods can create a subcategory class for such a posting.

      That's true,
But we also offer cheap Tuesdays to everyone so I listed that as well.

  • Got to see a Orange Sky presentation from the founders this year with work, what an amazing business!

  • I assumed that Orange Sky was a charity! Do the homeless have to pay?

      No, of course not.

Showers + laundry is provided for free to anyone coming to OrangeSky!

This is a collab with a commercial laundromat to provide free washes. So if anyone reads this, please leave the free spots for people that really need it!

Great initiative, I wouldn't have thought Elwood was the spot the most in need… Next Brighton? Toorak ? :-D

Haha anyone can come from any neighborhood, you don't need to be from the area. It's just a brick and mortar location for Orange Sky

    • It's the hassle logistically wise to get to Elwood if you're already struggling financially and then need to find your way to an affluent suburb to do the laundry… so I agree with ShouldIBuyIt that the suburb location was a surprise…

      • The initiative is great but I agree with this too. Hopefully this can spread out to less well off locations.

This is really something all laundromats should do.
