Unless the garage is super tall, I don't see the point of hanging my bikes upside down.
If you are stretched for vertical space and want to maximise your garage storage plan and have literally run out of side and frontal space, you could hook 2 bicycles above your bonnet / windshield side if it fits within that vertical space.

honestly same, i can barely drive down one of the streets that leas from my house beacuse every house has 3 cars and have forgotten to use the garage as intended.
I would not trust those plasterboard plugs to hold the rated 66lbs.
