  I had the same model from Samsung Australia. I had to send it five times to claim the warranty replacement for a manufacturer's fault. They just delayed it until the end of the warranty period. This is the last purchase from samsung for me. Just be careful.

  I miss my Buds Pro 2, these are much less comfortable and they fall out of my ears when putting my MTB helmet on and off.

  Sound quality. Good. But with samsung phones.
  Will I buy again? No. Why? Really bad battery life. Only connects to single device.
