Since this post is iPhone specific , JV , "you've done it again".

          • @Murkymerv: My comment wasn't though…

    • How much did you spend on your TV and on your PC/laptop, jv?

      • My TCL TV was around $600 and my Surface Pro just under $300 (cheaper after claiming on tax).

        • Did you purchase them brand new or refurbished?

          • @Nillionaire: The TV was new and the Surface Pro 6 is a refurb, but virtually brand new… ex govt and not a mark on the screen or keyboard. I think it was just locked in a cupboard over covid and never used… Battery was also close to 100%.

            • @jv: Would you say you're happy with them?

              • @Nillionaire: Sure, they were good value for money, unlike this deal…

I got my iphone XS Max for $300 about 4-5 years ago… Still going strong…

It's just standard marketing, what's so confusing? How else are you meant to introduce an annually released mature product line with incremental spec upgrades?

      • it doesn't make sense… like saying everyday I'm more experienced than who I was yesterday…

  • Pro Max (256GB) for $2099.99 if someone is looking for a bigger screen- personally I do not like the size.
