Made in the EU and I find it a little smaller than expected even on the steering wheel of a tiny city car.

Bought it at full price earlier this year due to parking in the streets and rise in car thefts. Acts more like a highly visible deterrent that nudges thieves away from your (somewhat) secured car to look for an easier target elsewhere. Determined thieves can still cut up your steering wheel and remove the lock.
