Boost Mobile: $85 Cashback on 365GB Prepaid 12-Month SIM for $330 Delivered @ TopCashback AU

60

Excellent value at $245 (after cashback).

365GB for new activations. 12 month expiry. Activate by 2 March 2026. All for use in Aus. Excludes International calls & text.

  • Cashback is on the purchase of the physical SIM only. You can convert to eSIM after you have received the physical SIM. Activate the physical SIM first, insert and then convert to eSIM.
  • If you're a current Boost customer, you will need to port out into another provider (e.g. $2 Telstra SIM) and then port back into Boost. Please see the steps in my comment here.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get up to $85 Cashback' pink button to the Boost website, mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • SIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase, and must not be deactivated until your cashback is payable. If the SIM is deactivated prior, Boost may decline cashback.
  • Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on eSIMs, recharges, phones, bundles, accessories, $2 SIMs.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

this is expensive. we expect something better for Black Friday? like a $220 for the 365-day plan. Until then join Etel with calls to 75 countries for 100mins / 20GB data all for $10 for 3 months. Black Friday is about in next 52 days https://www.jbhifi.com.au/pages/black-friday-sale

    • They are not comparable. This Boost SIM will work in remote locations and emergencies. Your E.tel (with Optus) may not.

      • oh well, if optus has apologised it will likely happen again, but 90% Ozbargainers are metro residents, the rest can choose what they want.

        • There are some metro locations in Perth that only Telstra and Boost work. They are quite far from Perth CBD but still considered metro. I've friends who live there and they can only use Telstra network. There is no signal with Optus or Vodafone network.

  • Not sure with the topcashback, seems to take too long tracking the cashback. I still haven't got my cashback tracking for nearly three weeks now.

    • Sorry to hear. TopCashback is reliable with the best customer support rep @tightarse TA. TA used to be the rep for Cashrewards. Please message TA here under 'Private Messaging Start a Conversation'.

    'Excludes international calls and text'

Have I missed something here? I thought Boost were all inclusive plans?

    • This plan specifically says no international calls. The $300 plan still has it included.

    • Wow, glad my order didn't go through. That is a deal killer!

  • Guess it is not meant to be.
On check out I get: Sorry we are experiencing technical issues. Please try again later.

    • @team teri When you are unable to pay due to "SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG" message, please try the following suggestions:

      • Use a debit card (instead of credit card).
      • Use your Passport as ID (instead of driver's licence).
      • Use a different email.
      • Type your address manually.
        (i) Type any address and choose "I can't find my address" as shown here.
(ii) Add your address manually in the "Address" section shown here. It's below "Delivery address".
(iii) Vary a little e.g. St instead of Street, Ave instead of Avenue etc.
      • Vary your name e.g. Pete instead of Peter, Bob, Rob instead of Robert etc.

If you experience any issues at the checkout page, start all over again to ensure tracking. Click the pink button at TopCashback through to Boost website again.

      All the best.

      • I've never been able to checkout with Boost. Their website checkout is garbage.

same here. unable to process order. it's shit :(

    • This:

Use a debit card (instead of credit card).

    • I don't usually have problems at all with Boost. Same browser, same credit card, same address.

Only difference: usually I get the discounted $39/$49 SIMs that I use as second SIM for data. This time I looked for a more long term deal for my partner…
