Worth purchasing if you can't get it through GPU. Note that it's mostly a visual skin upgrade, the gameplay will still be the same (most noticeable with ME1) but it's still hella fun to play through again and it includes all the available DLC - except a couple for ME1 that were apparently 'lost' and they didn't have the codebase any more.

Brilliant trilogy. Definitely pick it up if you haven't already.
Mass Effect 1 is a bit slow, but 2 & 3 have a much more enjoyable pace for newer players.
