absolute no brainer for this price if anybody is in the market for a robot vac/mop
Whilst I love this vacuum (had it since release), ours has just developed a fault requiring replacement. Glad it is just within a year of purchase. Sadly various faults seem very commonplace and I would recommend to only purchase from a retailer which offers extended warranty eg at JB or TGG.
Price is however very good. But not if it breaks just outside of the first year.
What happened to yours? Isn't minimum 2 years in Australia

I think it is under Consumer law but not sure how it works when the product is advertised as only having one year?
At $1k plus this would be expected to last at least 2 or even 3 years but it’s subjective. Google ACL (aus consumer law)
@WhyAmICommenting: Yeah, I think it would be a difficult fight beyond 2 years. It’s been a game changer in our house but $480/yr is how my brain sees it… I suppose a cleaner is much more expensive
I had a fault with my roborock just after 1 year, went to Vic consumer as well, company kept arguing with them and eventually there was no resolution.
I ended up using my credit card for extended warranty claim.
Anyone shopped with GoodBuyz before? Warranty woth them or with Eufy?
agree, reviews online are not good for goodbuyz! Keen to buy though..

Seems there have been plenty of deals posted from this crowd on here. And then about page lists an office near Melbourne airport, VIC.
I decided to cancel my Amazon order and ordered this one last night. Dispatched this morning already. Paid with PayPal for added peace of mind.
Upon checking my invoice from Goodbuyz, my payment went to 'Directed Electronics'.
Funnily enough I went and checked the Eufy AU warranty. Guess who is listed as the warranty entity? Directed Electronics Pty Ltd! So I suspect they are they are one and the same businesses

Is this deal still available? Did buy at $959? I go to the link but it is showing $2,699 which is full RRP. Odd given this is a runout model.
Has anyone had any luck getting a price match at another retailer such as The Good Guys or Harvey Norman?
