  • Im still missing tracking of the last month deal on the 29th. Raised the claim 7 or 8 days ago now, not showing yet either.

    • I was going to make a new order but realising I’m also in the same boat.

      I’ve never had tracking fail for any other retailer with TCB so far, hmm…

      • @logisync @swamp potato Sorry to hear. TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

        You would have received an automated email when you lodged the claim that says to wait several months. There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

        You don't have to do anymore but wait for the claim to be processed which could take a few months. Probably about the same time frame if your order had tracked.
