Just got the Camels alert for this. Doesn't appear to be a Prime big deals day deal. Seems to be the cheapest for this product since $8.50 Prime Day 2021.

Slightly cheaper than the Viva Double Length by my calculations, and this is 3 ply instead of the 2 ply Viva. If that matters.
