Just spotted this deal on my search for another eufycam for home. Have two previous models and they seem to work OK.
Currently $97 click and collect but $87 if you sign up for JB Perks. Next cheapest I could find was $139 at Bing Lee.
I couldn't find the expiry date.

I guess the description on the JB website is very old and it was never updated, but it does "work" with HomeKit already for at least 4~5 years now. Very limited though. Keep in mind, if you connect to HomeKit you will lose the pan and tilt capability and the access to more advanced options through Eufy app (basically everything but showing the image will be gone while you stay connected to Apple ecosystem)
That said, and also because of that, I particularly don't think this is a good deal. It's a 5+ years-old camera. IMO the fair price should be in the $30-39 range. I think I saw selling for ~$85 not long ago and I thought it was still expensive for what it is. If you really need HomeKit compatibility, there are options for around $59~$69 if you can find an Aqara E1 or G100 deal. Heading towards the end of the year, probably you will benefit for waiting for this year's Black Friday or Boxing Day. If you don't need HomeKit, there are even cheaper options, ranging from ~$27 from Reolink, Tapo, and a lot of generic brands at Amazon or even AliExpress.
I bought this camera 3 years ago for about the same price (paid $99 discounted from the same inflated RRP). Geolocation is imprecise, the camera moves randomly sometimes (unless my house in haunted, but I don't like to think too much about it) and the recording is somewhat buggy (for example, follows the target but then gives up to return to the initial position even with the subject in plain view). Can be used it with local and/or cloud storage if you prefer to have backup in case of an intrusion. I never had to use it for serious issues but, due to unreliable behaviour in multiple occasions, I am not 100% confident this camera will provide me useful information if I eventually need it. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having a security camera. But video quality is good and it helps keeping my mind at ease while overseas.
