  • Is it $5 ongoing or just for the first month? If so, it seems great deal. Thanks

    • It's like a starter pack and the next 3 renewals are for $13.50. After that, it will be $25.

      • where do you see the next 3 renewals $13.50?

        • in the main page,
          here is a screenshot

        • Sorry, meant each renewal for $13.50

Had a guttful of Telstra and Boosts support (we have two Telstra and 1 Boost ). The local tower is congested to oblivion (submitted multiple speed tests at 0.2mbps and sometimes the test wont even load). When it rains calls dont work. Like right now. Online support keep going in circles, 'troubleshooting the device'. 3 newish phones Samsung/ Oppo fail. It isnt the phones…and works fine after 8pm, as long as it isnt raining.

Went into a Telstra shop and told them that I have no access to calls/SMS or data from 10am to 1pm. You are the next Optus when someone needs to make a call and can't. She booked me in for an appointment in an hr. I waited around for 2hrs and gave up waiting….They rang me later (told them I had left). Couldn't process my complaint over the phone. Made sure she was aware that I'm telling her that 3 Telstra services cant make a call…and that very fact just cost people their lives and Optus millions. She said…and I quote "we cant help you unfortunately… good luck with that'

Grabbed a Voda Sim 4MB/ sec…calls all good.

    • I have similar issues with Amaysim (Optus) where I live. Didn't have any issues with Boost. It looks like I will have to bite a bullet and go back to Boost. Regretfully their 365 day plan is very expensive and I don't need all the data they include.

      • Try Voda. I had the same issue with Optus as well.
As soon as 3G was turned off, Optus and Telstra became useless here between 10am and 5pm.

  • Any expiry date? Can’t seem to find it? Thanks!

    • I asked live chat (Mumina) yesterday. Didn't know.

  • Cant seem to add the esim to my cart?

Out of stock (again). Use live chat (it's always Mumina) to point this out to them, and they'll make some more available.

Be aware that when you activate the eSIM, their system will most likely request further payment. If that happens, use live chat (ie; Mumina again) to point that out to them and they'll get it fixed up.

I have $10 worth of unused referral points that I tried to add as PAYG credit to an existing EzySim service yesterday. It can't be done. You can only use the points to buy new services. So I guess I'll be buying more "stater" packs instead. I suppose that I can't complain too much. I've had six 30-day EzySim services over the past year, and my total outlay has been $12.
