  bought an E10s from last year at their Amazon store, worked well and praised it until the battery failed last week. I reached out to Eureka not asking for warranty assistance but only to inquire about parts. They said they couldn't help outside of the warranty period, and they don't sell the parts nor have any service centers.

  I searched for a replacement battery at Amazon, eBay, Ali nothing comes up.

  It was good for 1 year.

    Have you got access to the battery? See if there's any part numbers or mah/voltage specs on it

  hows the navigation on eureka robots? i find that roborock is the gold standard for navigation and pathing.
