        I tried Officeworks and JB and neither would match Telstra

          Strange because I walked into Telstra and they had them in stock in a physical store and didn't require a Telstra account to purchase.

          I didn't try matching at JB as they didn't have stock the day I was there so just walked down to Telstra and bought them.

          But they should match them as it meets all their guidelines.

            @rbimdxe: OW said it was their policy to not match telcos and JB said because it's significantly lower than market price they can't match it. Ultimately it's up to them to set (or make up on the fly) the rules.

            Walked into Telstra, bought a set. Good earbuds

    I don't know what the difference between buds 3 and buds 3 FE.

      They are very different. The Buds 3 are "Open" ie. they don't go inside your ear canal, similar to standard Airpods. (They are copying Apple after all)
      The FE go in your ear like other "Pro" earbuds.

        I get it now.
        Thanks for clarification.
        It has nothing to do with this deal, but I am one of the person who cannot stand something sticking in my ears.
        So buds 3 are the better option for me.

    Samsung warranty is bs. Mine died twice within 4 months (once repaired) from purchase for an issue with a single bud low sound issue and they wont replace it. Cheap as warranty is a joke.
