  Unordered thoughts:
  1. Don't install Gigabyte software, it's a pile of doggy doo-doo and not required for their monitors as far as I know. However, there are still 2 firmware updates already available for the monitor, likely from early feedback. At least you only have to run firmware updates once.
  2. Matte finish panel coating. I like it, some people hate it.
  3. I'm cynically thinking that they'll sell a boatload more of these than the MO27Q2, if only because they got rid of the giant GIGABYTE logo on the bezel as a side-effect of making it borderless

    Great points mate!
    The updates are a must from what I've read!
    I will update the post to include the matte finish as its a dealbreaker for some.
    I'm not sure what the other one had but boy that sounds ugly.
