What kind of bugs are there? These look like they might be good for me as I can't wear in-ears or over-ears. Using the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live atm.
the app is bad, i am using the qc ultra 2, and on reddit i see they face same issues, sometimes one ear bud stops and restart, sometimes they have issues with connectivity, sometimes with charging.
it is great, don't get me wrong, but in order to make it good for you, do the settings on the app once you set it up then delete the app and you'll have 80% or more of the issues disappear.
I've been using them for a few months and this is the first time I've heard about them having bugs. I've had no issues whatsoever with my PC and phone.
Have you used them? Or are you talking about the QC ultra 2?

Your first post is misleading then.
Don't forget that people who don't have any issues don't bother looking for an online forum and writing a post just to say "Mine works fine".
I had no idea anybody had issues with them because they work perfectly for me. Literally zero issues since I bought them a few months ago. I use them every day at work. They just work.
@eug: apologies if i mislead, didn't mean that, i am using my QC ultra since Feb 2024, and ultra 2 for the last 2 months or 3. and always same issues, so i joined reddit forums and i can see all issues of all their products, including the open earbuds. its great news that you have no issues, i wish i am same, between ultra and ultra 2, i had 4 replacements of ultra plus first buy, so that 5 in total, and now they upgraded me to ultra 2, and still same app issues. way less than ultra 1, but still happening.
@StarGrapper: Sounds like you're having an unlucky time! I bought my QC Ultra in October 2023 and also have had no issues at all. I use it less frequently than the Open, but it just works every time I use it. 🤷🏻
@eug: wow good for you,, i didnt enjoy my experience at all with ultra 1. ultra 2 slightly better, especially when i delete app. but it is what it is :)
