I’m still chasing the payout from the last campaign, support is no hope, I assume due to the migration to AUD they completed recently.

I have seen people lose their referral rewards over and over again because of this. Support will not help you.

Email means nothing, they will still happily withhold the reward if you traded stablecoins even if it shows you completed the trades.

Funnily enough, the T&Cs never used to have that part about stablecoin trades in there, and they just screwed people over who did stablecoin to stablecoin trades in the past by just not paying the reward out and saying that they weren't eligible. Pretty scummy

Ok yeah so looks like best is avoid stable coins
So I was able to transfer $25AUD worth of BTC into account, then buy/sell ETH <-> BTC 6/8 times and it triggered the bonus.
There was no fees too
So didnt lose any or much money.
Takes ~2 days for email confirmation about the bonuses.
