Not sure what category to put this in.
I have had so many issues with Agoda not being tracked by TopCashback, I put in a support ticket and they just blamed it on adblockers. I don't have any adblockers, I have used 3 seperate computers on 2 seperate networks so this is a rubbish excuse.
Then, I just went to manually claim the cashback for multiple bookings we made one day on Agoda, there was only one time in the list of clicks, I claimed one booking now I can't claim the other 2 transactions we made on the same day as the click is gone. Getting sick and tired of this, never had ANY issues with Cashrewards!
Really rubbish support at TopCashback
Has anyone else experienced this? Tips to try get it to track even though I highly suspect it's an issue on their end.
