I'm looking for a built-in BBQ for a new outdoor kitchen.
I need a BBQ where I can easily swap the traditional grill grates for a flat-top griddle (and back again).
Any recommendation for such setup?

We have a Weber (on natural gas) that lets you do just that.
Easy changeover.

Why? Almost every gas Weber allows this.

Literally every BBQ out there will let you swap the plate.
What happens if it rusts and you can't swap it? Throw out the entire BBQ? Lol
