changed a phone from A13 Samsung to A25. and the thing doesn't sound any noise when being rung
on Whatsapp.
Need to solve this asap.

reinstall app? factory reset? make sure phone is not on silent? Caller is saved as contact?
Check settings -> sound -> volume and make sure everything is turned up and nothing muted
Check settings -> apps -> notifications and ensure its allowed and "sound and vibration" is also enabled. While you're on that screen click on "configure in whatsapp" which will take u to the whatsapp notification settings. Look thru that and make sure all the settings are correct (eg. Under calls and ringtone)
problem is it sometimes ring with sound and sometimes it rings without sound…

it's not my phone. it rings sometimes with noise and sometimes there no sound
i forgot it sometimes does ring with audible sound

Ok, so it rings for like message sound. 1 second.
Check your notification settings both in the app and in the phone settings.
