Similar to all other Aldi deals posted here.

Let me know if you find a cheaper Motorised Deluxe Pool Lounger you can buy locally.

I'm picturing the chair in my head, and then in 10 days time I'll see if my imagination was accurate.

  • anyone got a direct link? for some reason I can't find it.

Not on the website yet. Please see here.

Just be mindful that these are speed limited to 25kph in Australia.

    • Similar style but the Aldi version has an elevated foot rest.

  • I look forward to buying 2, and using them as bumper cars

Does anybody have experience with the pool cleaning products that are in the catalogue? Or is it better to just go to the local pool store and let them take care of it all?

    • They're good! Definitely worth it you know how to use them.

      • Thanks for that. I'll probably pick up most of the stuff in the catalogue, see how it all goes

  • How waterproof is the battery and how do you go about charging it?

    Exepnsive landfill

    • That's why I buy from Kmart
      Cheaper way to contribute

  • Anyone got a working link to what it looks like?

    who dat? :)

Looking at the catalog seems like someone messed up and gave it the same product code 679614 as the Power Cover Reel which probably explains why it's not on the site.

Hopefully doesn't take 6 D cells like the AliExpress ones, can imagine it chewing through them pretty quick (not that I have a pool. Have been wanting to slap one of these on a SUP though..)

Not that you were asking ….. it is surprising how much fun one of these $30-ish motors https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005617530777.html, a cheap ESC, some Aldi 8Ah batteries and some “bits and pieces” is on a SUP!

      • hey might not be as elegant but its at a price I can probably get away with.. 3D print some mounts and stuff and could be alright..

I saw a sup mounted one in a review and was wondering what the tube was there for until I read in the description:
"The propeller is semi-submersible (it is necessary to leave a little air for the propeller to absorb the mixed water and spray it out to exert greater thrust. … connect the propeller to the air through a 10mm pipe for better power."

        • Can't get my head around that..air normally means cavitation??

Also need a waterproof 24v 20A Ebike battery pack.
