Based in the British Virgin Islands, it’s owned by Pakistan based company - not a trustworthy jurisdiction. Plenty of shady reviews on Reddit to confirm my experience.

Yeah mine wasn't tracked from the last offer as well. First time this has happened to me out of 5 gos. I ended up getting a refund from purevpn.

I wouldn't count on the tcb missing cashback claims. I'd just get a refund and go next, no point waiting for a likely rejection and then the 31 days refund period is over. See here:

Surely there is something in Top Cashbacks T&Cs that dont allow for multiple accounts - unless this is deemed separate from AU
I doubt it. TopCashback UK is different to Australia and USA as far as I'm aware.
I think the multiple account issue is to stop people abusing offers e.g. Multiple TCB oz accounts to abuse an Australian offer. If you have accounts in different regions you are only using the offer once.

I haven't tried this one from TCB US, just noticed it so sharing for others.
Previously got paid out from TCB US for the last PureVPN deal. Came through to my Paypal no issues, however they do transfer it in USD which is not as good since Paypal's conversion rate is terrible. I will try withdrawing to my Wise US account for this one.

Yes. They hope people forget to cancel subscription for example. I have done this many times. Just for the cashback. I don't use this VPN.
Make sure to turn off auto renewal from both paypal and purevpn after signing up.
