    I skeptically bought a rebadged Zinus bed frame and have actually been really impressed with it, was easy to put together and no creaking unlike my old Fantastic Furniture one.

    Recently purchased a Zinus queen bed via Amazon for $149.

    It's fancy, but it does exactly what it says on the tin. Construction is very good, and it's nice and easy to assemble.

    Already looking at purchasing another one.

        I bought this on Amazon. Its very nice, similar to the ikea rolled ones. Side walls support is on very soft side though. I feel it could be a bit more firmer for a medium firm stated mattress. Do you have any firm options ? I couldnt see any on amazon at least. In terms of value its very good for the price. Springs are not noisy, my other ikea single is noisier and only 4 months used.

    @Zinus Australia, do both the Solid Wood Bed Base King Single Size $99 or the Bamboo Bed Base King Single $99 frames have the mattress support beam running down the middle of the bed frame ?
    The photos are from a Double frame and it has it.
    Just checking to see if they all have the same middle support beam frame thing.

            @Zinus Australia: how are customers supposed to contact you on Big W marketplace. the "message us" & "contact us" links go nowhere. And Big W chat line also have no contact options for Zinus, they palmed me off to a 1800 number.
            Interesting… happy to sell the product, but dont want to answer questions I see.
            Bit concerning really.. what happens when there is a return ? How is the customer supposed to contact Zinus.
            Also, returns are postal only and cost is entirely on the customer. Sending it back will be at a huge cost and most probably will not be worth it.

    Is it just me or do all these comments look staged.

    I never had problems with their products that i purchased but all products have unhappy customers
