These Pixel phones are great with GrapheneOS if you are serious about privacy.

GrapheneOS is still supporting the Pixel 7 until October 2027 (5-years after launch).

Yep, just went with GrapheneOS recently for my Pixel 9 Pro and no ragrets.
Very easy to use any of the stock google stuff if you really want

      • Yep, happy with my 8a so far

    • I used Grapheneos for a while but gave it up. Google maps obviously is disabled but unfortunately there are many apps that use google maps and they just crash or do something weird on Grapheneos.

      • Disabled or not even installed? If you want Google services you need to install the GApps

      • GrapheneOS have a work-around built in with the ability to install google play services and the google services framework.

        Available in their app store.

  • See any stock? Cant see any in Melbourne

  • 256Gb?

Big W Mandurah and Cockburn Gateways showing stock for those in WA.

    Edit:

They’re both now out of stock.

      Looks like a scam site

Edit: 100% a scam site. Do not click and for god sake don't hand over your bank details

What’s with all the negs, I said beware?

      • None of us would have naturally ended up on a site liked that. You posting its link here directed more traffic there. Most OzBargainers are savvy enough to avoid scam sites, you don't need to hunt them down and post a beware notice for them.

    • $80 to unlock for the first 6 months FYI…

    • Great find. You should post as a deal.

  • You probably need to replace the battery.

    • Mine is still going strong.

Use the P7P as a daily for work and all good.

It has surprisingly great battery life due to the real estate space for a big battery

      • +4

StarDust probably meant that the battery has gone bad sitting unused for 2-3 years as this is a 3 year old phone.

        • +2

          Yes exactly.

Funny the iPhone 14 was released same year (2022) and still retails at around $900 now. Look at how far the Pixel 7 has fallen :) What a failure phone with false value :)
