With the release of the P2S printer today, the price of the P1S has dropped. I’m guessing the P1S and X1C will soon be discontinued.

P2S is actually rad, thought it'd be a bit of a nothing refresh but seems like good features and great value. Waiting for the H2C though!
H2C will be very interesting, hopefully the price isn't insane.
I hold out that hope too, but I am realistic in that it's going to be a very solid bit of kit with a bunch of mechanical moving parts… I dont think it's going to be wallet friendly :(
My bet is that the H2C price is going to start with a 4…

FYI, Bamboo labs are the closest to having printers that "Just work" in my experience. You still should watch some videos and be techy, but the experience is night and day better than from 5 years ago. I have an A1 mini and it has been an incredible experience.
i love bambu but atm there qc is letting them down. 1 h2s needed several hours of work before it was acceptable and the h2d i got monday needed about 8 hours of tinkering to get it to print acceptable.
Agreed… it's miles, miles ahead of my old Ender 3 V2. It really lowers the barrier to entry for many hobbyists.
The jump from my first Wanhao to the Ender was large, the jump from the Ender to the A1 was far larger. 3D printing is a lot more about 3D printing now; it used to be 75% 3D printing, 25% fixing/unclogging the 3D printer.
Bought the P1S in July. Bloody happy with it. The P1S with this code is a bargain!

Me too but I bought in august. The refresh is nice but not worth it enough to try to sell on marketplace and buy the new one.
