Anyone having CB logging later than usual? I made purchase at both JB Hifi and LL on 14/10 and 19/10 but still haven't received CB (other CB only took 2-3 days).
Mine is taking a while too, but it does say they have up to 15 business days to credit in the qualifying e-mail

Yes, T & C said Credit should appear on your billing statement within 15 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the Offer end date.
But normally would have received it by now.
It's not just this one, I have 2 other AMEX purchases in the last 2 weeks that haven't had cashback paid.
Hopefully they're not going down the less than competent NAB Goodies path, which has forced me to screenshot promos and ask for physical receipts.
I reached out via chat today- customer service advised the transactions are "captured" and eligible for CB, can expect it in "next few days". Couldn't tell me why the delay compared to previous offers where CB issued within 5-6 days post transaction 🤷♂️
T&C said Excludes any giftcard or tobacco purchases through Liquorland.
They can't tell what you've purchased, only that a purchase was made there

For future gift card purchases might make them random amounts eg $101so it’s looks like legit purchases
