I have been to quite a few of these in past. Good outing if you don't have something else to do on the day. Free food, high tea x 2, lots of freebies from presenters and sometimes, if you're lucky, good investment insights. There are a couple of sessions on broader economic situation which are quite valuable. Agenda is provided on the website link to see if there's something that interests you before buying.
