      None of these are healthy! Best to have real fruits.

      No fibre, only extract. Maybe mixed with water, extracted months ago(maybe some vitamins, enzymes degraded), sitting in plastic OR probably even loaded hot into plastic to avoid bacterial growth after sealing. So very very healthy.

      I once heard a very brilliant dialogue from a fitness influencer. As long as you have teeth in you mouth, do not drink juice.
