        I didn't think this would annoy me. But not being able to charge the power bank quickly can get annoying when traveling. For me, this is mainly when I do use it.

    They really don't like giving specs on these.

    I'm guessing 45W means it can do 15V @3A ?? Good for Macbook or Surface. Some Dell.
    They only mention a few laptops, so 20V is probably not an option.
