    Just finished using an eSIM in Japan from their last deal. Mostly happy with it, wasn't super fast and dropped out once or twice but otherwise can't complain for the price. Would buy again :)

      A lot of those cheaper providers route their data via HK and are really, really slow…

      With VPN? Means all your data will be routed to a different country to avoid the great firewall. They just mention Hong Kong and Macau because they are separate from China and people will travel to those and not consider it a China trip.
