Why is your pricing in USD if you are based in Australia and your target customer is Australian?

    • Hey! We also serve customers outside of Australia. So USD keeps pricing consistent globally.

      • We have to pay in USD and extra foreign exchange fee charged by our credit card…

        • Thanks for the feedback! We'll look into the possibility of adding AUD billing soon to make it easier for local customers

  • Is the discount only for the first month?
Edit: just seen the recurring part

    • It's recurring :) You'll get the same discounted price every month until cancelled

  • You're based in Melbourne, yet your server is in Sydney?

    • Yeah, Sydney was chosen for the server location as it provides the best overall latency across Australia. So a Sydney server offers fast and consistent performance nationwide.

  • Is this good price? Fellow ozbagainers?

    • Yes, AUD pricing is actually pretty good. I know since I'm in this space and usually pay more for it, specially for a reliable service and individual servers.

On another note, I'm totally for supporting a local business and given that they started last year, would be nice to see who's behind the team in their about us page rather than general info.

  • Any options for adding email?
    Also what about woocommerce?

    • +1

Yes! You can add Professional Email as an add-on during checkout or get it separately from here: https://wpzee.com/email/

And yes, WooCommerce is fully supported and works great on all plans. If needed, we can even get it installed for you through a support ticket or live chat :)

      • Thanks. Any discounts on the Email add-on and ongoing as I dont want to keep moving domains/hosts every year?
I have two not-for-profit websites and want to host from one wordpress plan. Need 5 email addresses. Wanting to keep costs down.

        • Yeah will be happy to help with that. I'll work out a discount for the email and send it to you in a couple of hours as I'm out right now.
