      Maybe keep in mind that do not activate any offer before link it to Coles App and only activate an offer in the Coles App. It is possible that you may not any offer to activate by due date if you activate all offers beforehand.

      I think this offer is only targeted to infrequent members who receive very limited offers that can be activated.

        Ah…I accidentally activated my offers already, not in the Coles app. Does anyone know how often we tend to get offers, as in is there a chance more offers may come along before the 27 Oct?

          Activate a 4c fuel offer from within the coles app, that worked for me last time.

    Weird promo since my flybuys is already linked to my Coles account under the same email address. Seems more like promotion to download Coles app and activate offers from there rather than flybuys app

      Yeah mine arrived weeks ago, not long after offer expired, 28th Oct upon checking.
      Sounds like you may have to contact CS, got a lemon instead of an apple.

          Log into your accnt via app and tap top right icon for settings, tap Chat online and they won't need to ask FB number, DOB, email or any other details.
          Do it outside of logged in and you'll need to supply several details to confirm its your accnt.

                @apple0604: I was targeted, met the criteria (didn't install the Coles app before this offer) and didn't get anything. Chat online says they'll credit the points by Dec.

                Suspect we're $25 testers and the test failed.

              @apple0604: Lol you should always record down the details of your burner accounts. DOB is a particularly important one. Even if it is not needed atm, it might be in the future.

                @timedzone: Stupid of me though it was years ago. I vaguely remember what I used but was told incorrect by a customer services agent quite a few years ago. Then I spoke with her manager and was told it was the correct one. But issue wasn't resovled and I missed 1000 bonus points. After that I haven't had any need to make an enquire yet.

              @apple0604: This got me last time I reached out to them to request for a replacement physical card. The agent kept on asking for date of birth or proof of date of birth. Gave up and stopped using that account. Good thing about Everyday Rewards is that they only need verification via phone number and email address. Don't understand why Flybuys is stuck on using DOB.

        28 Oct, really? That was quick. I have been patiently waiting. I and my parents got targeted this time, for a change, but have not received the 5000 points. I hope I don't have to contact them as I didn't use my real DOB when setup flybuys account years ago.

        I will wait till after 24 Nov to see what happens.

          To avoid DOB questioning, log into app, and contact chat support from within logged accnt, they wont ask for DOB if accessing from a logged in accnt(not that I've experienced anyway) if they do, end chat and try another rep.

    It's on again, got an email about it today.

    "To collect 5,000 bonus points, download the Coles app, link your Flybuys to your Coles account and activate any Flybuys offer in the Coles app between Fri 5 Dec and Thu 11 Dec 2025."
