The last time i bought something from HN online store they tried to screw me around over the "free shipping". :P After 2 weeks of fighting with the local store rep i finally got the product i purchased, delivered for free, as per the original purchase.
Will never shop online with HN again after that… Never had any problems from any other online stores (aside from the occasional item going on backorder for a week or two), but the first time I buy from HN will also be the last because of the bad service.
The icing on the cake is Gerry's whinging about online retailers, yet the first and only time i gave their online store a go they tried to charge me extra for shipping (when I had processed the order and there was no shipping charges)!
The store rep then tried to tell me it was a deal that the online dept had not advised them of, which i think was utter crap… :P
