Yeah… I would never pay this much for any game even with an expansion pass included. I find 90 bucks too expensive but I enjoyed the first game so much that I decided to fork the money.
Personally, if a game comes down to $30-ish I pull the trigger even if I'm not a big fan. Which means I have to finish Veilguard ($10), then Outlaws ($24) and only then I can start playing KCD2. :D
FYI, I could not complete the purchase on the PS Store website because the log in server was having issues (blame AWS?), so I bought it directly on the PS5.

Best game Ive played. Not too sure about the $100+ though.
Finished the main quest line last weekend, looking forward to playing the DLC next weekend. Wouldn't say best ever, but certainly top 10 for me overall. Very well written narratively, and interesting dialogues and choices throughout. Replay factor is there for sure.
On PC with all the mods I have, wow this game is a beauty. Insane how great it looks too considering it doesn't even have Ray Tracing.
But as great as it is, there are still a lot of bugs in the game that I would say there is no rush to buy it now for anyone considering it. Wait for other discounts later, maybe in 6 months or 1 year, when they have ironed out some of the bugs that are still in the game.
Are the bugs game-breaking or are they just annoying or comical?
Annoying/Comical mostly, but a couple at least that could be interpreted as game immersion breaking, not game-breaking (preventing you from completing missions, etc).
This is a fantastic game.. but as mentioned very buggy. Also a bit of a steep learning curve (once you get going though you become a power house). Not sure it's worth this price though….
Was $145? Wow, that's steep.
