      bought 2 for the Kühlkörper

      • Im partial to RGB-Beleuchtung myself

  • Will this work in my PS6?

:) ask the future 8 ball

      • +2

It said yes! Granted, I also asked if it was lying and it said "count on it".

    • +2

No, you need PS6 Pro Max with 16TB internal SSD + disc drive with a hacked firmware to use it.

  • +1

been happy with mine , sits idle at 53c and highest it has registered has been 68c according to HWINFO

Oh wondrous yellow God of debugging wisdom!

Why doth my container refuse to center itself vertically?

    Controller: PHISON PS5026-E26 (12nm)
NAND: Micron 232 layer 3D TLC
    DRAM: 2GB SK Hynix LPDDR4-4266

My thought is that this controller is not efficient enough on Gen 5 speed, thus the active fan design and they don’t sell this version without heatsink

The newer version NM1090 Pro comes with much more efficient 6nm Silicon Motion SM2508 controller and can be used comfortably with passive heatsink.

    • is it worth extra $90 though?

    • +5

Not saying this isn’t a good deal. It’s just the extra fan introduce one more point of failure and is not friendly to mini pc build due to restricted airflow.

      • +1

I didnt get this because my motherboard has a single big heatsink for multiple nvme drives

  • +2

Op you copied the specs of the pro variant :)

  • Can you shuck it for a PS5?

  • Is this offer expired? Why do I see the price as 287.99?
