Haha yeah I got myself a nice helmet last time I was in Bali, my riding instructer saw it and suggested I get one with a sticker on it. Cheers for the tip.
US stores are almost always cheaper - even factoring in shipping. Try Jakewilson for starters.
Note: The laws are pretty fuzzy, but to stay on the safe side, you should buy a helmet with an Australian Standards compliance sticker on it (this will add about $100 to the price of a normal road bike helmet).
