I need some advice regarding sale on Ticketek Marketplace.
I bought 2 T20 cricket tickets on Ticketek yesterday for MCG Match coming Friday.

Today I listed them on Ticketek Marketplace for resale as partner changed her mind due to not able to get off from work, but at the same time I shared the same tickets to a friend via the Ticketek ticket sharing feature, and he accepted them and transferred the money via Payid.
Now 2 min after I eceived a “Congrats, your ticket sold” email from Ticketek Marketplace saying payment will be transferred after the event, but the tickets have already been accepted by another buyer whom I shared with. I am confused — is this a problem?
I sent an email to ticketek support requesting assiatnace so that I can return the money to other buyer in case it's twice SOLD Ebut unsure. It was co-incidentally same time i received the "congrats" email as wheni shared with other friend.
Has anyone experienced this before, and how should I fix it?

You are in a pickle. You’ve sold them twice. I don’t know how it works, but if it works in a sane kind of way the tickets you are now holding will be invalid as Ticketek would have reissued them to the buyer under a new barcode to prevent double selling and protect their buyer. I’d guess that your friend who payid’d you is screwed. I’d apologise and give them their money back.
