For when you're trying to use one of the "$10 off $100+, $20 off $200+, $50 off $500+" coupon codes but the item just happens to be $99 or $199 or $499 etc.
For example in this 2023 deal where they took advantage of a $1 gutter guard.
Have tried searching common cheap items like screen protectors and toys etc but anything that qualifies for eBay Plus all seem to be a least $10.

The criteria for an item to be listed under Ebay Plus requires it to cost over $9.9, so not sure how they get away with it, or how it's even profitable:
