normal price seems to be $9.95 for the other covers. (edit ok maybe normal price is more, but I'm seeing a lot of other sizes which are $9.95 so maybe a deal to be found if you have one of those fridges)
I think it's for the old model fridge because they don't mention "Escape20" , but you can check dimensions if it fits the new version or not.
afaik there is no free delivery option. even their ebay store charges delivery on each item.
as they often cover holes in the unit they shouldn't.
it has open parts on the corner where there are openings on the fridge so it shouldn't block the air, unless dust builds up on the mesh, in which case a few seconds of vacuum once a month will fix it. and that dust isn't getting inside the fridge which is good.
I heard the insulation actually makes the cold temps more stable, so the compressor runs less. saw on youtube people have done it diy with some silver bubble type tape/insulation and got improvements in run time because of it.
don't know about the exact fridge this cover is meant to fit, but friend bought this one for their small random brand portable fridge. the size is different (smaller) but has the openings in the same spots (Alpicool/Setpower clone or something). I can ask them about it and if there is any improvement.
also not sure if you noticed in the pictures,
but it's got that silver lining on the inside. that's reflective insulation. so it's not just a cover. I know about the silver stuff because I have a reusable shopping bag with it back from when they gave them out for free.
and there is a noticeable difference when I put hot/frozen/cool items in that bag. it basically reflects whatever temperature the items are and "keeps it in" for longer, compared to a bag without the silver.

Watched a youtube video of a fridge with and without a cover (engel), turns out worse performance with a cover as they often cover holes in the unit they shouldn't.
The only benefit is to block sun
