How to Add 7-Eleven Gift Cards to Mobile Wallet?

I have several 7-Eleven digital gift cards purchased via ShopBack that I’m unable to redeem on my mobile devices. I’ve tried adding one as a payment card on an Android phone, but it didn’t work. Could you please provide clear, step-by-step guidance on how to add and use these gift cards on both iPhone and Android? Detailed instructions (including any required formats, screenshots, or common pitfalls) would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance for your assistance — I appreciate any troubleshooting tips or alternative redemption methods you can share.

  • Google wallet: Add payment card, type in card details and address, submit and you're done.

    1. Open google wallet
    2. Click + icon bottom right of screen
    3. Select Payment Card
    4. Enter card number, expiry date, security code (if camera pops up to scan card, click on x on the top left)
    5. Confirm address is correct and press Save and Continue.
      6. Follow the rest of the prompt to add (I don't have a 7/11 card to add atm)

EDIT: I removed an existing 7/11 card in my wallet and re-added it

    1. Scroll all the way down on Issuer terms and click Accept
    2. Card is ready to pay contactless!

As opposed to 7/11 gift cards, which is not even a whole one!

The actual name is 7-11 = -4, which is even fewer.

  • Has anyone managed or found an easy way to check the balance of 7/11 gift cards? The website never really works …

Just want to check you are using the correct site.

Refer to this for link and instructions.

      • Legend, i was getting error "We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact Cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card". Thank you!

  • For me, on Apple Pay, I am limited to adding 1 card per 24 hours for some reason. This only started happening recently.
