Anyone ever have a refund not processed after swapping payments? Process is usually instant, however still haven’t received the pending credit

Mine was instant. My uber receipt shows refund to original payment and use of uber gc
That’s cause there is no live chat anymore. AI chat bots on a time delay so you have to keep coming back, then they automatically mark as resolved. Only if you persevere do you eventually get email support, but they’re hopeless too.
