      How so? Just because you don't like the product doesn't mean it's "the worst thing".

    Fair point. I may have exaggerated a bit. I just don't see these cards 'taking off' and becoming the next collectible cards/card game where kids can play and compare with their friends' cards, but rather turning into another flop where cards get sold off at the rate listed in this deal before going out of production, and a few people end up buying them and having nobody to play/compare cards with (unless they share their own pack, missing the point of collectible cards). I could be very wrong here with these cards, but it does tend to happen with 99% of 'collectible cards'.

      Aye - it's the case with nearly all collectable cards. The only ones that will continue growing and allow people to play against each other will be MTG etc.

        I do agree with these statements. Though Club Penguin has been quite popular for us after the main three: MTG, Pokemon, Yugioh.
        I would love to put some MTG on but as an online retailer we are contractually obligated to sell at RRP - and even at RRP when you factor in sales cost, shipping etc. we sometimes make only $4 on a $60 sale. Margins are tight. They are like the Apple of Trading cards :(

        This club penguin sale product is the 4th release of their trading card line (unlike many others who flop on the first).
