[NSW] $10 Food Voucher for Level 3 Food Court after 5PM with Every $50 Spend at Participating Retailers @ Westpoint Blacktown

To be eligible, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a. Make one or more purchases of $50 that are Eligible Transactions. An “Eligible Transaction” is a transaction made by an entrant who makes a purchase at a
Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, but does not include: payment for services (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration),
premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), rates, electronic receipts (on phones) or ‘click and collect” (online purchases), subscriptions, medical and cosmetic
services, TAB, liquor and cigarette purchases, deposits or payments to financial institutions or any similar payments (including payments made to Australia Post, lay-by
transactions, newsagency and lotteries purchases), each of which will not qualify as an Eligible Transaction.
b. Scan the QR code at any point of sale or the customer service desk and complete all the fields on the form and submit to the centre database;
c. Show the completed confirmation screen to the staff at the Customer Service Desk on Level 3, near Strandbags to receive a free voucher.
d. Only the first 5,000 customers will each be awarded the promotional prize outlined below, until allocation is exhausted.
