Anything with a "Local Warehouse" tag on it is their attempt to break into a more local market, with more expensive products. Some more popular 'temu' items are stocked in a local warehouse, but mostly it just means its become a marketplace for local sellers, such as Amazon, or how Big W/Bunnings/Woolworths all have their 'marketplace' items.

I have bought a botslab dash cam on Temu and it came in Amazon box. Temu is just a platform many sellers sell their products on multi sites.
