    Edit: Could also be a VPN thing, try disabling if you're using one.

      Same thing happened to me a few months ago. I was using my phone with wifi (telstra). Turned off wifi and refreshed the page a couple of times with mobile data and it worked. Try it out

            @bheart: I've tried wifi on/off, and laptop. Also tried unsubscribing and resubscribing… Still no luck. Very odd, it's worked fine in the past for fanatical give-aways. Sad panda.

  I ran it through the VPN connected to the US and it worked otherwise, i had tried multiple times and the outcome was the same, SPA didnt appear in the cart.
