    Aren't you guys buying from retailers and selling on eBay? No offence but bought from you guys before and no warranty covered at all. eBay won't side with buyers after only 30 days.

      All consoles comes with Australian official warranty (except imported version). most items are shipped from Australian Authorised distributor. PM me with the order number, I may help you to check the warranty status.

        So you are using your buyers' details to buy from retailers? In this case your ebay buyer won't get any warranty covered because you are the purchaser to the retailers not your ebay buyers.

          For warranty claim, you may contact the seller (which is us). or use the proof of purchase attached with the delivered parcel to contact manufacturer directly. You may contact us if you don't have one.

          Buyer detail is the buyer name (if you are the buyer of us), or not specified (as you buy from retail store).

            @Pocketshop: There’s no point in discussing warranty matters with you, as you are simply an eBay seller — anyone can sell on eBay, and your store could close at any time.

            Regarding warranty claims with manufacturers such as Nintendo or Sony, both companies require a valid tax invoice when processing claims. Based on what you mentioned below, you’ll be providing a tax invoice yourself, but if you are not an authorised dealer for either brand, Nintendo or Sony would just decline any warranty claim.

            Also, I’d like to point out that your pricing isn’t particularly competitive or heavily discounted. Using OzBargain as a marketing platform may not be effective, as most users here are savvy shoppers.
