  • Can you use BigW gift cards? Or Woolworths?

    • Was able to pay with discounted WW egift cards, including the $5.99 shipping.

Might have been able to save another 1%, if I'd thought to try Big W egift card instead, but the chekout sent me to my WW online account, so not sure.

Anyone else want to confirm if Big W egift cards also work?

Timb heritage for ~$100 delivered is pretty decent, if you can handle the red colour and the quality these days is still on par with my decade old pair that are still going strong.

the blue actually looks kinda fun

  • Just note that the blue ones aren't the more "premium" heritage versions, but should still do the job all the same.

Just in time for the Wu-Tang tour next year

  • Can get $15 and cashback if I will use the code GET15?

    Thank you

    • Usually not. Only if it's advertised on the cashback site.

Are they true to size? Can't order half sizes

    • +4

Timbs do run a bit big. Half size down would be ideal, a full size might be perfect or even snug, ymmv.

I bought some cheap timberland off Amazon in the past and they were tight (US 10) I checked all my running shoes and they are 29cm, so I went ahead and ordered US11. Fingers toes (hopefully not) crossed

      • +2

I went a full size down, and they were still roomy

I'm a Nike US 12M, and I have to go with 10 with Timberland (I have very narrow feet too).

I recommend a size up to allow space for inserts and thicker socks

I had a pair of the blue boots, bought from Timberland and they leaked within a week of light wear. Got a full refund, so no complaints.
The Classics are the base range, Heritage are better quality, so get the red if you like the colour.
Note: I have been buying Timb’s for over 30 years, they are just the best made footwear I’ve ever had…so not hater, just a comment on my last experience.

damn lol bought a set of the premium wheat timb's via iconic like 7-8 years ago and they leaked within a week too while i was in a cold/rainy mountain area of Taiwan - i just thought the boots werent waterproof (i had bought them for the look really) - but now looking it up properly I see it does mention waterproof -_ -

    • So they are not actually going to be waterproof? ie don't bother buying?

      • Personally I don't buy them for the waterproofness, I don't really rate them for hiking. They do have great quality leather though.

  • I think the picture and description should be changed to reflect the correct item.

The blue is the Classic and isn't the Heritage (which are better and is listed in the title).

I bought both the blue and the red thinking they were both Heritage. Now I have to wait for them to be delivered to return them.

"You cannot amend or cancel your Everyday Market Order after your Everyday Market Order has been placed through the Site. You will have the option to return eligible items back to us under ‘Change of Mind’ within 30 days from the date of purchase."

"A $15 restocking fee which includes the return label is deducted per item returned." That's $15 PER ITEM!

This is the last time I'm ever going to buy from woolworths site.

  • The classics are very light and construction didn’t appear to be as good as the heritage, just by weight difference alone. The premium are the best.
Be careful with sizing as they are roomy, I’d suggest a full size down.
