Is it big enough for a rib-eye steak?

More than big enough for a couple of tomohawks so easily fit a couple of rib eyes

I ordered it off Good Guys in September for $545 delivered, but it still hasn't shipped yet. Apparently still on backorder.
Pretty tempted to cancel there and just grab it here if its actually instock as their support has just been giving me the runaround as well.
Edit: I ended up cancelling the Good Guys order and buying off here, with the referral code its $50 off bringing it down to $562 delivered scheduled to be delivered by Monday :)

Mine never shipped either, but when I called about 6 times, they eventually found one in stock in a local store .. picked-up and finally got the deal.

Have the original love it. Watch Cooking with CJ on YouTube for easy recipes and how to use.

Anyone found a knock off trolley that can support the weight that doesn't cost the $200+ the ninja brand one costs?

Seen a Webber Q being used on the woodfire and grill FB page .

This or Weber Q?

This multi tasks , air fryer, grill, dehydrator, smoker, bake, roast and reheat.
Smoker is foolproof .
Electric vs gas
Very easy to clean non stick plates.
you might as well ask Electric or Gas .. having owned both, here are quick thoughts … Woodfire if you want to cook fancy good quality meals with electronics to support with a hands-off approach (ie just wait for an alarm to tell you what to do next) … Weber Q if you want a quick real BBQ and happy to stand around with the tongs … the Woodfire cooks nicely because it has an oven approach so the foods cooks more evenly .. Woodfire takes 15 mins to heat up which sucks!

as per the guy below, do you want a hotplate/oven or bbq?

Looks decent for a small space like a balcony.
If you need hardwood pellets, check if your local Bunnings has these cherry/oak blend pellets on clearance. I picked some up for $18 the other week and select stores seem to have them around that price, still $36 at most stores.
Stock checker is currently having problems for me, some stores show a price others fail. Best of luck.
https://bunnings.youinstock.com.au/search/0238556/E.g. $19 at Chatswood, NSW.

Just bought a 18kg bag of pallets from Costco for $36.

Nice! I'll have to look for them on my next visit. What kind of wood is it?

you can get pallets for free from your local bunnings
wouldnt make the food taste too good though

Owned mine for about 6 weeks .. it's ok but takes forever to heat-up, i.e. 15 minutes .. if i could choose again, i would pick the Weber Q.

I have both, haven't used the Weber Q since I got the Ninja and will be getting rid of the Weber.
The Ninja isn't really a bbq, it's an outdoor grill/hotplate with a smoker function.
I found the Weber didn't get to the heat I would expect from a gas bbq

agree the ninja isnt really a bbq .. i was hoping the ninja might be quicker and simpler than gas .. ie turn on ninja, then instantly cook sausages quickly then done .. but the ninja 15 min warm-up is a bit annoying .. if it wasn't for the 15 mins warm-up time, i prefer ninja.

The normal version is more then big enough IMO. This would be a monster

Doesn't hurt to have a bit bigger? it's still smaller than most outdoor bbq

Looking for it for a while, waiting for the $542 delivered from back in June (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/912355)
