How to call google support number 855-836-3987 in Australia?

got my Nexus 4, but screen yellow tint and loose power button. I want to replacement.

But I failed to call 855-836-3987 from my telephone, advising wrong number.

anyone know how to call Google in Australia? adding some numbers first?

For North American numbers:

If you phone has a plus key (might be long press 0): +1<number>
Otherwise: 0011 1 <number> (yes three 1s)

I used MyNetFone to call Google Enterprise before they finally got an Aussie number.
