Home Internet

Just purchased my first home and have signed up for slavery to the banks for the next 30 years.. so Iam looking to make some saveings on the home internet. Currently I am with Iinet voip 50g plan which costs me 59.95 per month.
What I would like - Criteria:
I don't need any more than 50G download a month.
A already own a good mode/router
I would like to keep my monthly bill under $50.00 if possible.
I don't want to pay for line rental.
I don't need a home phone as i use my mobile. I need a new mobile plan btw.
thanks for any help/suggestions!

Have a look at the plan selection tool at whirlpool.net.au

    • And then sign up to Vaya for your mobile…. NEXT!

  • have signed up for slavery to the banks for the next 30 years

    Haha gold

  • By any chance, can you live with the internet from your phone? I guess my question is.. why do you need an internet at home other than the one you already have on your phone? I'm assuming you have a phone that can do tethering…
alternatively, does your new home allow either:
    -NBN
-Naked ADSL 2+ (at least this way you dont need a phone line and save $22 to telstra)
Have you looked at TPG? - they do combined plan with mobile too…
but it all depends where you live… is Optus coverage good in your area? or do you have to live with Telstra connection - in which case, kogan mobile is good for you as it also comes with some sizeable internet quota…
